Steven Yee is the founder and President of Asia Photographers Union. He is a Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain and he gained his Masters of Arts in Photography from Falmouth University, UK. A Professional Travel photographer and Photojournalist, he lectures photography at the University of Social Sciences.
Poetic Images of Two PlacesI have conducted numerous photo tours for my members to many places in China for photography, many of these places left me with impeccable memories. Notably, in my several photo trips to Lishui and Wuyuan, I would describe the images taken here as visually poetic. It is not easy to compile this set of fifteen images, as there are too many to remove from the selection. The APU member showcase is a very meaningful project in the Asia Photo Festival. It motivates me relook at my photography works, to showcase to the audience my carefully crafted portfolio.I shall let the audience, yourself, to enjoy this showcase of poetic images.
